How the Loyalty Points Work
- Your points multiplier is set based on your spending in the previous quarter.
- No multiplier yet? You’ll automatically start with a 1x multiplier.
- Each euro you spend this quarter earns points using last quarter’s multiplier. (Example: Spend £100 with a 2x multiplier = 200 points)
What Do Points Do?
- Points give you direct discounts. The more points you earn, the more you save.
Quarterly Reset:
- At the start of each quarter, your points reset to zero.
- Every invoice adds points. Adjusted invoices or credit notes will subtract points, based on the new rules.

- Your current points are visible in the card on the main page. The points table you can see below.

Bronze Member
£1 = 1 point
Earn rewards as you spend! With a £300 weekly average, you'll collect 1 point per £1 spent. Points accumulate over a 3-month quarter, turning into vouchers at quarter’s end. Vouchers are valid for the next three months on any Flowervision order.
Silver Member
£1 = 2 points
Earn rewards as you spend! With a £500 weekly average, you'll collect 2 points per £1 spent. Points accumulate over a 3-month quarter, turning into vouchers at quarter’s end. Vouchers are valid for the next three months on any Flowervision order.
Gold Member
£1 = 3 points
Earn rewards as you spend! With a £1000 weekly average, you'll collect 3 points per £1 spent. Points accumulate over a 3-month quarter, turning into vouchers at quarter’s end. Vouchers are valid for the next three months on any Flowervision order.
